MODIFY OR CANCEL A RESERVATION

Rome Fiumicino Transfer accepts cancellations or changes of reservation only by e-mail we do not accept changes or cancellations by phone, sms, whats up messages or similar, after receiving the e-mail requesting modification or cancellations of the reservation/s we will register it/s in our database and we will send you an email confirming its, you can also check the status of your reservations in your personal account on our web site.

The cancellation of an already paid reservation will be refunded if we receive a request no later than the following terms.

For transfers or services in the areas of Rome, Rome airports, Rome Cruise Terminal and all Lazio region 24 H before the execution of the service. For transfers and/or tours in other Italian cities 48 H before the beginning of the service.
