ABOUT THE TRANSFERS

It is possible to pick-up (or drop off) my group from different hotels?

Yes it is possible. If your group is staying in two different hotels, we can pick-up (or drop off) them from (or to) both hotels with the same reservation. This is possible only from/to Rome and only if the two hotels are both located in the center of Rome.

  • In the third step of booking, the form will ask you if you need an additional pick-up (or drop off).
  • Leave "0" selected if you do not need it and proceed with the reservation. Choose "1" if you need an extra stop and enter the details of the second hotel: name of the hotel and its address.
  • If you need more stops, please contact us.

Any additional drop off or pick-up cost is €10.

ABOUT THE CITY TOURS

The Tour of Rome is the classic tour of the city:

  • Pick-up and Drop off at the Hotel or Apartment in Rome.
  • All tours are Private service.
  • Available 7 days a week.
  • All tour itinerary may change at the discretion of the passengers and customized tours can also be arranged.

THE TOUR INCLUDES: English speaking driver and its vehicle available for the duration of the tour, passenger liability insurance that is required by law and fuel.

THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDED: Entrance fees to sites, museums etc. , meals, official tour guide and everything not previously agreed upon.

NOTE: The driver is not an official guide and is only able to provide some information from within or near the vehicle. An official multilingual guide can be hired upon request for a fee.

ABOUT THE BOOKING

The booking process is very simple.

  • Use our booking form, filling in all fields carefully.
  • Choose the type of service you like and send the reservation.
  • Once the reservation has been completed you will receive a first email with access credentials for your personal account where you can enter at all times to check the status of your reservation and where you can download your voucher once accepted.
  • You will receive also a second email with the sum of your reservation.

If you choose to pay by cash or credit card to the driver, after the email with the STATUS: WAITING, you will receive another email after your reservation has been accepted by our operators with the STAUS: ACCEPTED. It can take a few hours.

If you choose to pay online, at the end of the reservation you will automatically be redirected to Paypal website. Once the payment is complete you will receive the email with the STATUS ACCEPTED.

It is mandatory to show the voucher with the STATUS: ACCEPTED to the driver. You can print it or show  a digital copy on an electronic device.
