VILLA ADRIANA: The Villa

Our English speaking driver will pick you up at the hotel or apartment in Rome, at a time agreed that it is usually at 8:00 am. The transfer to Tivoli takes about 45 minutes depending on the traffic.

Once you arrive in Tivoli you start the fantastic tour visiting before Villa Adriana the imperial residence desired by emperor Adriano built gradually in the first half of the II century (117 - 138 A.C.), just few kilometers from the ancient "TIBUR" today's Tivoli the roman villa's area covering about 120 hectares. In 1999 Villa Adriana was declared world heritage by UNESCO.

After about 2 hours we will move to Villa D'Este that is a masterpiece of the Italian garden with an impresive concentration of fountains, water lilies, caves, water games and hydraulic music, its organization is a model repeatedly emulated in the European gardens of Mannerism and Baroque. At around 1:00 pm we will take a lunch brake at the "Sibilla Restaurant" a typical Italian and scenic restaurant  of Tivoli  The tour ends around 3:00 pm. Once back in Rome, our driver will leave you at your hotel or any other place in the city center.

THE TOUR DOES INCLUDE: English speaking driver and its vehicle available for the duration of the tour, fuel, tools, passenger liability insurance that is required by law and fuel.

THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE: Entrance fees to sites, museums etc. , meals, official tour guide and everything not previously agreed upon.

NOTE: The driver is not an official guide and he is only able to provide information from within or near the vehicle. Is possible to hire an official tour guide on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before service for free. If your tour is alredy paid we will refund you the full amount less the fees (6%)
